Project’s title Implementation of the Ohrid Agreement
Description We supported the Sector for the Implementation of the Framework Agreement and promoted the implementation of the Ohrid Framework Agreement through strategic policy-development, coordination and monitoring; improved transparency through information and communication with the public and coordination of the work towards securing the necessary resources for the implementation process. The Sector was developed to be able to cover the main areas of the Framework Agreement as: equitable representation of the non-majority communities in the organs of the Public Administration and public enterprises at all levels, as well as in the access to public financing for business development; the decentralization process, the reforms in the public administration and other areas.

Description To contribute to state modernization in Georgia. Identify most suitable areas of intervention of the EU in the area of State modernization, including E-governance, in the framework of the ENPI Annual Action Plan 2011 . Prepare relevant project files.

Project’s title Support to Regional Development in Georgia – Review Mission 2nd Tranche
Description The purpose of this contract is to provide a detailed review of the implementation of the EU Sector Policy Support Programme (SPSP) – Support to Regional Development Reform in Georgia and provide consistent sets of conclusions and recommendations to be used by the Commission to make decisions on instalment disbursement for the second tranche of the Programme.

Project’s title Design of a technical assistance project to reinforce strategic and budgetary planning capacities, as well as coordination mechanisms across Justice Sector Institutions in BiH
Description The purpose of this project was to draft terms of reference for an EU financed technical assistance project which would reinforce the capacities of the Ministries of Justice in BiH, Brčko District’s Judicial Commission, and the HJPC for strategic and budgetary planning, and also strengthen their mutual coordination mechanism.Specific objective(s):1- Consult with the relevant BIH authorities previously listed in section I, in order to identify the needs and added-value of a TA contract.2- Consider ongoing domestically-driven and/or donor financed support for strategic and budgetary planning and inter-institutional coordination.

3- Organise at least three workshops with the relevant authorities for the discussions and preparation of the ToR.

4- Draft Terms of Reference for the tender dossier of a TA contract.
