Building on this experience, we assist <strong data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"568\">countries in South-Eastern Europe and the Caucasus<\/strong> in assessing their legislation against the <strong data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"639\">EU Acquis Communautaire<\/strong>, aligning national laws with EU requirements, supporting pre-accession negotiations, EU Committee functioning, and legislation transposition.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"1127\"><strong data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"809\">Institution Building<\/strong><br data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"812\" \/>During Slovenia\u2019s EU accession, numerous administrative institutions had to be created or strengthened to implement EU legislation. IPS Institute leverages this experience to <strong data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1051\">support governments in South-Eastern Europe and the Caucasus<\/strong> in designing, developing, and professionally enhancing such institutions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1442\"><strong data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1165\">Management of EU-Funded Projects<\/strong><br data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1168\" \/>IPS Institute has successfully managed <strong data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1256\">small, medium, and large EU-financed projects<\/strong>, providing efficient implementation and expert support.
